Based on Psalm 34:4 – “I sought Yehovah, and He heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.”
Abba Yehovah, El Shaddai, my Shelter and Deliverer,
I come before You now, trembling in a place I do not understand. Panic rises without cause, dread clings like a shadow, and fear presses against my chest as if to silence my breath. But Your Word is truth—You do not give a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
Reject
Right now, I reject and renounce every spirit of fear, panic, anxiety, and torment that seeks to oppress me. I declare that these are not from You and they have no authority in my life, my home, or my body. I command every lying spirit and every whispering voice of dread to be silenced and cast out in the name and authority of Yeshua, my Messiah.
Release
I release the Ruach ha’Qodesh—the Holy Spirit of Truth and Peace—to flood every part of me:
My thoughts with clarity
My emotions with stability
My body with calm
My atmosphere with Your shalom
Seek
I choose to seek You with my whole heart, and I know You hear me. Just as You delivered David, deliver me now from every fear that hides in the shadows. Reveal any open doors—whether generational, emotional, or spiritual—and teach me how to close them in obedience to Your Torah.
Trust
I bind myself to the mind of Messiah and to the promises of Your covenant. I will not be ruled by fear, for You are my Rock and my Fortress, my Deliverer in whom I trust (Psalm 18:2).
Let Your angels encamp around me and drive out all darkness. I declare: I will not die in fear—I will live and proclaim the goodness of Yehovah!
In the name of Yeshua,
Amein and amein.
