Based on Psalm 4:8 and rooted in the authority of Yeshua and the Word of Yehovah
Abba Yehovah, my Strong Tower and Shield,
In the name of Yeshua, I come before You tonight asking for Your divine intervention in my sleep. You have said in Your Word, “In peace I will lie down and sleep, for You alone, Yehovah, make me dwell in safety.” I take hold of that promise now and declare it over every part of my body, soul, and spirit.
Renounce
I renounce and break all access points the enemy may be using to torment me through the night—whether through trauma, sin, generational curses, soul ties, or occult exposure. I sever those cords now by the blood of the Lamb and command all unclean spirits attached to dreams, paralysis, and fear to leave immediately in the authority of Yeshua the Messiah.
Declare
Ruach ha’Kodesh, fill every corner of my home and mind. Let angels of fire be stationed around my bed. Place Your sword-bearing messengers at my windows and doors, allowing no entry to anything unclean or unauthorized. I declare my bedroom to be a dwelling place of Shalom, where only the voice of YHWH may speak.
Cancel
I cancel all demonic assignments sent to infiltrate my rest and declare that my dreams will now be aligned with the Kingdom of Heaven. Let prophetic visions, holy instruction, and divine peace flow freely as I sleep.
Expose
I declare that sleep paralysis is a liar, and every spirit behind it is exposed, judged, and cast into dry places—never to return. I bind the spirit of fear, incubus, succubus, shadow tormentors, astral travelers, watchers, and all forms of night terrors. They will not touch me. I belong to Yehovah. I command them all to leave now.
Peace
Tonight, I will lie down and sleep in peace. I choose to trust You. I receive Your covering, Your breath over me, and Your whispers of life as I rest. Thank You, Abba, for surrounding me with Your love and power. I now enter into holy rest, unafraid.
In the name of Yeshua, sealed by the Ruach, I sleep under Your wings. Amein.
